Polaris Junction

Polaris Junction, with its Class A finishes and amenities, broke ground in October 2022 and will open its doors late spring of 2022. The community will be the first in the Polaris Pointe mixed‑use development and will boast wonderful amenities including a state‑of‑the‑art fitness and yoga center, dog park and spa, we‑work and private office space, resort‑style pool, and a sky lounge overlooking the mountains to the west. In addition to the onsite amenities, residents will be able to enjoy views of the mountains directly to the west and the 80‑acre greenbelt that borders Polaris Junction.
